Afghanistan vs England T20 World Cup Match 6 Preview – 21st Sept

This will be the opening match for England as they take on Afghanistan who played with a lot of heart against India. If Afghanistan lose they will be packing their bags and heading back to home and if England win this match they will automatically advance to the Super Eights. Afghanistan struggled against spin bowling in their 23 run loss to India so Graeme Swann will be key. Mohammad Nabi had a good game against India and he is Afghaistan’s best player and if he has a good game watch out England.

Javed Ahmadi could rejoin the XI replacing Najibullah Zadran who batted at 9 and didn’t bowl. Mohammad Shahzad will have fitness test on the day after he had to hand the gloes to Karim Sadiq after he had trouble with his knee. Hamid Hassan will also have a fitness test to see if he can play a part in Afghanistan’s tournament.
