India will hope to continue their dominance in this home series against New Zealand who haven’t stood a chance. A lot of the attention on this game will be focused on the return of Yuvraj Singh after a lay-off from the game due to cancer. New Zealand will have a better chance to do some damage in the shortest format as they do have quite a number of T20 specialists in their ranks. Jacob Oram will be key, he was brilliant in the SLPL and now he is in the international set-up.

Jacob Oram vs Yuvraj Singh
Jacob Oram was a key figure in the Sri Lankan Premier League as he looked like he was playing like he was when he was in his prime. Oram was the leading wicket taker in the SLPL and also managed to rack on a few runs when necessary including a 17 ball 41 cameo. Yuvraj
Singh has a similar record to Oram in T20’s and is a huge hitter of the ball but with that said he will be very nervous early on.
Yuvraj Singh’s return is a certainty but on the other hand Harbhajan Singh won’t be guaranteed a match with so many part time spinners in the XI already.
