Australia have finalised their final 15 squad that will play in the World Cup, the squad is almost exactly the same as the 15 man squad that faced Pakistan only a few weeks ago. The only real surprise in the final 15 squad is the inclusion of the 41 year old Bradley Hogg whose long international career will continue. Hogg has been fanastic in the tournament he has played in with those being the Big Bash, the IPL, and the SLPL and now he will have a crack at the T20 World Cup.
Glen Maxwell is the only uncapped player in the squad but he looks like a good talent for the future and is a hard hitting all-rounder who will be a big asset. Cameron White is another surprise after recapturing form in the IPL after being stripped of the T20 captaincy in January and will be included in the wide ranger of choices for the middle order which includes Bailey, the Hussey Brothers and Dan Christian.
David Warner, Shane Watson and Matthew Wade are crucial picks in this squad as they will have to stand up to the plate with the bat and perform well. The bowling attack looks one of the strongest in the tournament but they do lack T20 experience and success. Xavier Doherty, Bradley Hogg, Patrick Cummins, Clint Mckay, Mitchell Starc and Ben Hilfenhaus will be in the mix for a spot.
