Denesh Ramdin took 59 to put his team, Trinbago Knight Riders, through to the playoffs in the CPL, though he was ably backed-up by other key players, such as New Zealand's Colin Munro, whose contribution of 36 from 30 balls was also valuable to the Knight Riders' cause. Mohammad Nabi, for the Patriots, claimed two wickets - those of Brendon McCullum (on 16) and Darren Bravo, but the Knight Riders were on better form and thanks to Ramdin's daring strokes, saw their way through.
